There are a lot of Geeky T-Shirt companies out there. Here are 5 reasons why you will love Sew-Geek’s Shirts.
1. Materials
I use Bella & Canvas shirts. If you’ve ever worn one of the Sew-Geek shirts you know they are super soft. The reason is, that the solid colors are 100 % airlume, ringspun cotton. My heather shirts are super soft as well, they are made of 52% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester. This is to achieve a heather effect.
Another aspect for these shirts is they are working hard on being Eco Friendly you can find out more about that in their Eco-Friendly Page.
Most of the dying and cutting is done in the USA and sewing is done in Central America.
2. Sizing
Our non-gender Sew-Geek shirts have an awesome fit. I love that they are also a bit on the longer side. Check out the sizing chart for them. I have small- 3X-large on hand, if you need a bigger size, just message me.
My fitted V-Neck shirts are true to size. None of this Junior sizing. If you are a size Large, then you will fit into the large. These shirts got from small to 2X-large and I have them on hand.
You will also find these charts attached to every shirt listing. And if you are still not sure, message me.
3. Design
I try to offer unique designs and I do make custom designs. You can even order shirts for group outings or family reunions. I will take care of you. My designs are usually made of high-quality HTV and the full-color designs are DTF transfers.
I love designing graphics for my T-Shirts, I do that in procreate on my iPad, or CorelDraw on my Desktop. These two are my go-to programs for my graphics.
4. Production
All fandom shirts are decorated in my studio in my house. Each shirt is handled with care and made sure the prints are top quality.
For my larger orders (more than 12 shirts) I outsource them with a trusted screen printer here in Katy that I have used for many years.
5. Charity
If you buy a shirt from me 5% of the money you spend goes to a charity. They change from month to month, you can find which charities I support on my Charity Page.
So I hope you now have a better insight into why my shirts are awesome!
Happy Geekery
