What is Sew-Geek?

Sew-Geek also known as SewGeekAustin LLC is a geek-owned and operated Company from Texas. We specialize in Geek Inspired appareal, jewelry, mugs and more.

Can I order Custom Items?

We love doing custom work! If you have a geeky project in mind and want us to make it for you, contact us and let’s chat about it!

What is your Shipping Policy?

Most items are ready-made, so they ship within 3-5 Business Days. Sometimes an item needs to be made and takes a bit longer. We ship all our items first class parcel with delivery confirmation or first class international. If you need priority shipping, please contact us beforehand. Shipping Days are Tuesday and Fridays, due to the volume of packages I have I can’t drive to the post office every day.

Do you offer Refunds?

*ALL ITEMS ARE HAND-CRAFTED! Many of the listings will show a picture of an item made FROM THE SAME PATTERN as what you will receive, but may not be the item pictured. All care is taken to create all products as uniformly as possible, but some unique qualities are inevitable. Handmade items are one-of-a-kind!

What Charities do you support?

Each month we donate 10% of our sales to charity. We support a variety of charities that are close to our hearts and the hearts of those dear to our fandoms. We have a few items that are charity specific, like all the “AlwaysKeepFighting” Items, donations are made to To Write Love On Her Arms.

Do you exchange web-links? We have an Affliates page,  which include fan websites as well as other crafters and their shops that have expressed interest in a friendship with us. We love all things handmade and geeky, so if you own a geeky small business or operate a fansite and would like to exchange links, contact us!
